Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

Methylsulfonylmethane, more commonly known as MSM, is an organic compound that contains sulphur. This is the same sulphur that exists naturally in the body, as well as in vegetables, fruits, grains, and meats.

MSM helps facilitate the detoxification process by making cells more permeable, which helps to release built up heavy metals, waste and toxins, while also making it easier for nutrients and water to enter the cells and continue the cleansing process

MSM (C₂H₆O₂S) can also be made synthetically by combining Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) (C₂H₆OS) and Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂).

Directions for use:

Powder:

• Dissolve MSM powder in 250ml water
• Week 1:  Half a teaspoon (2,5gr) daily
• Week 2:  1 x teaspoon (5gr) daily
• Week 3:  1 x teaspoon (5gr) twice daily
• Week 4-6:  1 x teaspoon (5gr) three times daily
• Maintenance:  3/4 x teaspoons (3gr) daily

Capsules:  Take 1 - 2 capsules per day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Active Ingredient: 

• Powder:  100% Methylsulfonylmethane.
• Capsules:  600mg Methylsulfonylmethane.

Caution:

• Mild reactions possible; nausea, bloating, diarrhoea, stomach issues
• Do not take if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to Sulfar.
• Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding.
• Avoid eye contact
• Discontinue use of signs of irritation or rash appears
