Directions for Use:  Take one (1) - two (2) capsules orally once or twice daily.  Dosage may be altered in consultation with healthcare practitioner.

• 40mg Aloe Bitter
• 200mg Fennel Seed
• 90mg Senna Leaf
• 30mg Milk Thistle Seeds Powder
• 40mg Valerian Extract 10:1
• 30mg Cascara Sagrada Bark
• 20mg Holy Thistle – Benedictus Herb
