Directions for Use: 

Place one teaspoon / one teabag of fresh buchu leaves per cup of water in a teapot or coffee/tea plunger.  Pour boiling water over the herb. Let your tea steep +- 10 minutes.  Strain and consume as normal tea.  (Do not boil the leaves).                                   

Add Xylitol / honey to sweeten your tea or a bit of lemon to add some zest.

Herbal tea can also be enjoyed hot or cold as an iced tea.  It is refreshing with a minty flavour and a blackcurrent aftertaste.

Suggested dose: 

• Adults:  1 x cup 2-3 times per day to assist in specific ailments.
• Children 7-12:  1 cup 2 times a day.

Caution:

• Do not take if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to Agathosma Betulina or Agathosma Crenulata.
• Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding.
• Might be an abortive.
• Slow blood clotting.
• Increase menstrual flow.
• Avoid eye contact.
• Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appears.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
